Character Creation Spreadsheet

The Character Creation Spreadsheet is a Google Sheet to assist players in building a new characters, and in calculating their starting equipment. If you are accessing this sheet on mobile, be sure to make a copy of it by navigating to "File" > "Make a Copy"

When submitting any character rewrites, or submitting a new character, please download a PDF version of the completed spreadsheet and email that PDF to logistics@legacieslarp.org with any additional details about your rewrites. This can be done by following the menu at the top left File > Download > Select "PDF Document (.pdf)". PDF documents are preferred over simply sharing a Google Sheet link so the Logistics team can view them offline after recieving them.

Please note that if you are doing a small update to your character (buying new skills or dropping old ones), for efficiency reasons it is easier to just list out your desired changes in an email to logistics instead of submitting an entire character sheet.

Monthly Production Spreadsheet

The Monthly Production Spreadsheet is a Google Sheet to assist players in calculating item production for their characters.

When submitting your monthly production, please do so by copying the cell marked "Body" into the body of your email to logistics, along with copying the cell marked "Subject" into the subject bar of your email to logistics. This can easily be done by copying and pasting directly from the cells, and has been tested on most major email hosts. This will allow for your production emails to be pre-formatted to allow for clear and concise interpretation by our logistics team.

If you encounter any problems, please direct them to the Deputy Head of Logistics via the Legacies Larp Discord.

If sending in both a Character Update and Monthly Production to Logistics, you may send them as either in one combined email, or as two separate emails.

Magic Item Conversion Spreadsheet

The Character Creation Spreadsheet is a Google Sheet to assist players in rewriting their magic items when rewriting a character slot. If you are accessing this sheet on mobile, be sure to make a copy of it by navigating to "File" > "Make a Copy". Players should submit a separate sheet for each magic item they are converting.
