Thieves' Refs ensure appropriate protocol is followed during thieving situations. A Thieves' Ref MUST be present while a player’s cabin or sleeping quarters is being burglarized. Only a Thieves Ref is authorized to view a player’s character folder. A Thieve's Ref may also retrieve the item tags for stolen phys reps. Additionally, Thieves Ref may not referee thieving situations in which they are personally involved.
